We price dynamically, constantly monitor price levels and different seasons. We market your apartment on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, other platforms and comprehensively on social media - however you want.
FOR TENANTS:
Please take good care of the apartment, just like you would your own home. The final cleaning fee includes wiping the surfaces and floors, cleaning the bathrooms, changing the linens and using the laundry. The tenant must empty the refrigerator, take out the trash and wash the dishes, and make sure that the items are in their place and the appliances are clean. Appliances should also be cleaned regularly, just like in a holiday home.
If you notice any deficiencies, defects or breakages, please notify us immediately, so that we can fix them as soon as possible.
Remember that in Spain, the apartment must be ventilated daily, even in winter, to avoid mold when the humidity is high. Turn off the heating and air conditioning during ventilation.
The electrical network may not be the same as what you are used to at home. Often, the network cannot handle simultaneous devices on the network, plus a water heater or air conditioning. Fuses will blow. Reduce the load and return the fuses to the operating position in the fuse panel. - Thank you!

PARA INQUILINOS:
Por favor, cuiden el apartamento como si fuera su propia casa. La tarifa de limpieza final incluye la limpieza de superficies y suelos, la limpieza de los baños, el cambio de ropa de cama y el uso de la lavandería. El inquilino debe vaciar la nevera, sacar la basura y lavar los platos, asegurándose de que todo esté en su sitio y los electrodomésticos limpios. Los electrodomésticos también deben limpiarse con regularidad, como en una casa de vacaciones.
Si observan alguna deficiencia, defecto o rotura, por favor, avísennos inmediatamente para que podamos solucionarlo lo antes posible.
Recuerden que en España, el apartamento debe ventilarse a diario, incluso en invierno, para evitar la formación de moho cuando la humedad es alta. Apaguen la calefacción y el aire acondicionado durante la ventilación.
La red eléctrica puede no ser la misma a la que están acostumbrados en casa. A menudo, la red no soporta varios aparatos conectados simultáneamente, como un calentador de agua o un aire acondicionado. Los fusibles se fundirán. Reduzcan la carga y vuelvan a colocar los fusibles en su posición de funcionamiento en el cuadro eléctrico. ¡Gracias!
