Comprehensive rental service/rental management:
-we rent your apartment as agreed upon by your assignment. We market it comprehensively and the payments are directed to your account.
-monitoring of the reservation fee/rental deposit statutory notifications on your behalf
-statutory travel notifications for your tenants
-final cleaning/laundry service
-advice on how to handle unexpected matters in Spain and assistance with them or referral to the right party
assistance/advice in licensing and permit matters
-photography of the apartment
-maintenance of various platforms and calendars (your apartment as a platform)

For an additional fee, you can order cleaning after your own use, refrigerator filling, annual cleaning, textile service (not your own textiles for tenants' use), etc.

Whether you rent or not, we offer services for private properties:

-we help you procure external services, such as cockroach poisoning, electrical services, etc. There are established, official parties that have permits to operate for these.

There is no immediate help, but according to the agreement within 1-4 weeks, however the time is agreed

Do you want to organize a party/barbecue evening privately in your own property for 2-20 people, but you don't know how to implement it?

We can arrange a private chef to organize your party either at your home or at a location of your choice, including final cleaning. The food itself can also be prepared in your own kitchen, waiting for you to serve it to your friends.

We have experience from thousands of different events over a period of over 20 years, and the chef has a Spanish Carnet de Manipulador de Alimentos certificate, (as well as a hygiene certificate studied in Finland)
