However, the sun, dust, and heavy use on the Costa del Sol wear down the apartment beneath the surface.
When you live far away yourself, monitoring the details is difficult. Often the shortcomings – such as dying batteries, a limescale-covered coffee maker, or a shabby sofa – only come to light when a tenant has already left a bad review for your apartment on Booking or Airbnb, and the agent calls to report the problems. Each problem-solving visit is invoiced separately, or they are just left waiting for your arrival.

Package your apartment's deep cleaning and technical maintenance into one clear monthly fee, which you can pass on directly into your apartment's rental price. The tenant still pays for the normal turnover cleaning, but we take care of your property comprehensively in connection with every turnover cleaning.

What does the PREMIUM service include?
Deep cleaning and general appearance
- High surfaces: Dusting of curtain rods, top of picture frames and other high structures.
- Terrace doors: Wiping of door tracks and complete washing of the entrance door.
- Textiles and walls: Cleaning of the sofa surface or walls with a textile or steam cleaner as needed.
- Outdoor spaces: Water washing and wiping of the terrace and terrace furniture.
- Windows and glazing: Rotating window washing on every visit (the general appearance always stays bright).
- Touch surfaces: Wiping and disinfection of doors and door handles.
Home appliances and minor maintenance
- Kitchen appliances: Internal wiping and disinfection of the oven and refrigerator.
- Limescale removal and cleaning treatment for the washing machine and dishwasher.
- Limescale removal: Regular limescale removal treatment for the coffee maker and kettle.
- Grill: Basic cleaning of the grill once a month and replacement of the gas bottle if necessary (the gas bottle is invoiced separately).
- Batteries and bulbs: Replacement of batteries for AC units and remote controls, as well as light bulbs (supplies separately).
Technology and plumbing routines
- Air conditioning: Cleaning of AC unit filters and test operation of the machine.
- Jacuzzi: Washing and replacement of jacuzzi filters and maintenance of water quality (supplies separately).
- Drains: Thorough cleaning of floor drains under the grate to prevent odor nuisances.
- Property monitoring: Emptying of the mailbox, careful ventilation of the apartment and flushing of water into all toilet fixtures and drains.
The Premium Care Service is tailored to each individual property, depending on the size of the home, its equipment and furnishings, and of course, the owner's specific needs. Starting 50 €/month
Some tasks, such as rotational window cleaning or jacuzzi maintenance, are performed in conjunction with the weekly cleaning or checkout cleaning.
Other tasks are carried out once a month on a dedicated maintenance day reserved for your property (e.g., air conditioning filters, descaling of kitchen appliances).
We create a property-specific maintenance log where all actions are recorded, and any deviations or issues are reported to the property owner as agreed.
