The wall of the room had moisture damage from the outside. The cause of the damage was repaired outside and then the cabinet was removed from the wall of the room, the wall structure was repaired.
Finally, the wall was coated with decorative plaster (you can choose the color, here it is white which can be changed with lighting) and lighting was installed.
Los Pacos: water came through the wall of the house and the wall was badly damaged from top to bottom. Also mold. The problem on the outside was repaired and the wall was dried. The damaged wall was first cleaned mechanically with poison and then with 100-degree steam, which kills mold and fungi, and finally impregnated with a mold poison. The damage was repaired by leveling and sanding, all damaged material was removed from the wall. Finally, a mold/moisture primer was installed and, after it dried, it was painted with a special paint.

Torreblanca: The bathroom flooded due to a clogged drain, which caused water damage to the wall. The drain has been cleared, and the wall was opened, dried, treated with anti-mold protection, and repainted.
Instead of traditional jointed patio tiles, free-floating concrete tiles were chosen, which were tinted. A fountain was embedded in the center and decorated with natural stones/lighting. The plants were planted in pots so that they could be moved if necessary.
Cabinet door torn off the hinges and the fix was urgent because a tenant was coming. The tears and holes were patched with wood glue and wood sticks so that the hinges could be reattached and the door put back in place neatly at the last minute.
