FULL RENTAL SERVICE: 

19% of rent and over 3 mos rentals 15%  of rent.

Textile service 2% the amount of rent.

All work starts and ends at the office, travel time is charged. Hourly charges are valid on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm. At other times +50% Minimum charge always 2hours. VAT 21% is added to the prices.  

For short-term rentals: toilet paper, detergents and hygiene products can be refilled in the apartment for an additional fee. Laundry service: 2-person laundry €20, 4-person laundry €35, 6-person laundry €50 (is included in the final cleaning fee charged to the tenant)
